Contact form: your name, email and the message you send (and, if you provide them, phone and service of interest). These are the data needed to respond to you.

Server logs: IP address, browser identification (user-agent) and access timestamps, generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and by the form's abuse control (rate limiting).

Cookies and analytics: navigation metrics collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded through Google Tag Manager, only after your consent in the cookie banner.

Responding to your contact and preparing proposals: pre-contractual steps and/or consent.

Security, fraud and abuse prevention (logs and rate limiting): legitimate interest.

Measuring audience and improving the site (non-essential analytics and cookies): consent, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.

To run the site we rely on vendors acting as processors, handling data only under our instructions and for the purposes above:

Vercel: website hosting and infrastructure, including the generation of server logs.

Resend: delivery of the emails generated by the contact form.

Google (Analytics and Tag Manager): audience metrics, only upon consent.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for purposes other than those described here.

Some processors (Vercel, Resend and Google) may process data on servers outside Brazil. In such cases, transfers rely on the grounds and safeguards provided by the LGPD.

Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your contact and related discussions. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. Analytics data follows the GA4 retention settings.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are only enabled after you accept them in the banner; you may refuse them in the banner without affecting your browsing.

At any time you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent.
